Cold fermentative maceration during 14 hours with the grape skins to extract the natural ruby colour.
Own vineyards located in Alt Penedès, at 500m above sea level.
Tasting notes
Sight: Pink colour, clean appearance and ripe fruit shades. With character.
Nose: Aromas of red fruit recalling cherries and bramble.
Palate: Fresh, potent, dry with a remarkable acidity that makes a good combination with the alcohol. A hint of astringency that brings us these two varieties.

4º to 6ºC
Food Pairing
Accompanies very well rice with meat and creamy rice (risotto), cold meat and pasta.
