It ferments in a stainless tank and in open 225-liter barrels.
It undergoes malolactic fermentation in used 225-liter French oak barrels.
Aged for 6 months in used 225-liter French oak barrels.

Sight: Violet color with medium-low layer
On the nose: ripe fruit, flowers and wild herbs
In the Mouth: Powerful and fruity flavor, accompanied by a fine bitterness
