An 80% Tempranillo and 20% Syrah wine in its maximum fruity expression that coexists with the mineral touches provided by the Cuellar limestone soil and the spices of the best French oak.
Viticulture and Vinification:
The harvest is carried out at the end of October manually, in 12 Kg boxes, with a double selection of clusters, both in the vineyard and in the winery.
The fermentation and maceration, for 9 days, was carried out separately for tempranillo and syrah in a stainless steel tank, at low temperature to preserve varietal aromas
The ageing, in a 225-liter medium-toast barrel, has lasted 10 months in order to respect the fruitiness of the variety, which highlights the vintages that have reached their phenolic maturity.
