Recovery of a historical Grenache in the South of the Province of Segovia, which is in danger of disappearance.
Alcoholic Fermentation and maceration of 15 days was carried in opened oak barrels of 300 liters with hardly extraction. Aged in medium toasted used casks of 225 liters for 10 months.
The result is a 100% Grenache from ungrated vineyard 80 years old with mineral hints provided by the sandy and clay soil of Martin Munoz de las Posadas (Segovia)
Sight: Cherry red color with purple tones
Nose: shows an intensity of fresh red fruit, light sweetness, balsamic notes of eucalyptus, soft minerality with a background of scrubland.
Palate: The palate is powerful and structured. A wine with a Mediterranean, fruity, tasty and mineral character
