Fortified wine with 10 years of aging in American oak barrels along with orange peels dried before the sun



Subjected to maceration with bitter orange skins and aged for more than 10 years in American oak boots, by the system of criaderas and soleras


Sight: Intense amber color, with honey, orange and ocher reflections, bright and clean. Slow, dense, glyceric tear.

Nose: Its nose is complex, subtle, elegant, with sweet aromas of candied fruit, dried apricots and prunes, typical of the PX variety. This sweetness is counteracted by the refreshing citrus notes of bitter orange, well set with the salty notes and own aging wood nuances that the palomino grape gives.

Palate: Smooth, silky, leaving on the palate interesting memories of oranges and candied fruits. The correct acidity measurement makes the wine fresh without cloying or saturating

Between 9º C y 11º C 

Food pairing:

It maintains a perfect pairing with chocolate and all kinds of desserts, without forgetting that slightly cold is ideal to accompany foie, duck ham, sweet and sour salads, and cheeses. In the same way it is advisable to take it at any time of the day and night with ice and orange slices.
