Viticulture and Vinification:

Vineyards of 35 years old located more than 800 meters high ( in the Aceniche Valley) very well adapted to our terroir: limestone, and temperature difference day – night above 15ºC, which brings freshness to our wines.

Fermentation in barrels French Allier 600-liter oak naturally, with the yeast present in the skin of the grapes.

It remains on its fine lees with batonage 4 times per week until the month of February.

Tasting notes:

In the nose you can see great aromatic complexity: green peel of almond, fresh hay, white flowers and a delicate touch of vanilla and hazelnuts that speaks of their stay in French oak.

In the mouth the wine is fresh and fills the mouth. Good acidity that compensates for the warm feeling left at the end. Silky palate.

Long aftertaste with memories of nuts and white flowers that invite you to drink.
