Natural aged red wine made with Tinto Velasco from a vineyard of less than one hectare near Quero, with some 1,500 vines of about 150 years planted on a soil of sand and lime. Vineyards cultivated in a biodynamic way, with the utmost respect for the environment, without modification of any type of chemical product

Viticulture and Vinification:

From a vineyard of less than one hectare near Quero, with about 1,500 vines of about 150 years planted on a soil of sand and lime.

After the manual harvest, it ferments with indigenous yeasts. It remains in contact with the skins for several months. Before being bottled, it is aged for 12 months in used French oak barrels, without filtering and without added sulphites.

Tasting Notes:

Sight : Very intense and deep ruby red

Nose: Intense and concentrated, with balsamic hints and notes of very ripe red fruits, spices and chocolate

Palate: Full-bodied, smooth and velvety, with fresh and savory hints and a balsamic finish

Serving temperature:

16°C-18°C
