

Natural organic sweet wine for 6 months in barrels
Elaboration
The grape harvest is realized manually with double selection of grapes, field and wine vault. The grape is gathered in the state of on maturation. Part of the must comes down to firewood fire and is mixed by the rest.
The fermentation takes place in 1000 liters deposits in maceration pelicular for 6-8 hours to fresh temperatures, obtaining a must for drained. Then it is praised and initiates the fermentation without adding either sulfites or artificial yeasts.
it ripens in wood of oak used for 6 months.
Tasting Notes
Visual: Clear red color transparent.
Nose: Banana and mango aromas. Remember the ancient arrups. It is different from the usual sweet wines.
Serving temperature:
8 – 12 ºC
Pairing:
Ideal with soft spreads, foie gras, caviar and salted roes and cakes. It also combines with Iberian pork fillet
