Viticulture and Vinification:
Mourvedre of old vines. Family plot located more than 800 meters above sea level, in the Aceniche Valley.
Soil: Clay-limestone soil, with predominance of clay and abundant boulder.
Vintage selected and in boxes of 15 kg.
It ferments slowly in a natural way, with the yeasts present in the skin of the grape. Scrap work. Discover at 3 weeks.
It remains for 9 months in new barrels of French R. Allier of 400 l. Very light filtration.
Garnet colour with violet trim.
Great aromatic complexity: red fruits, dairi, spices (vanilla…) and minerality
Medium body. Pleasant palate, with presence of soft tannins.
Long aftertaste : red fruits and fresh sensations that invite you to drink.
