Organic young red wine from Monastrell grape
Viticulture and Vinification:
Organic Monastrell 100%. Vines of 30 years. Calcareous clay soil with abundant boulder.
Harvest by hand in small boxes.
Grape is totally destemmed.
Maceration in cold for 48 hours. Initiates fermentation thanks to its own yeasts since the grape is of ecological production.
Pressed at two weeks, remaining in storage until the malolactic fermentation is carried out, naturally, in August 2019.
Violet colour that denote its youth.
Fresh and expressive nose, after a few minutes in the glass, where we can find thyme, rosemary, wet soil …
In the mouth it is friendly, light and fresh.
In the aftertaste, they appear fresh sensations of mount low again.
A very versatile wine, ideal for daily enjoyment: for tapas, entrees, soft cheeses, rice and spoon dishes.
Informal snacks, Rice and pasta, Blue fish, White meats.
