

Natural aged red wine elaborated with 100% Tempranillo from its own vineyards. Vineyards cultivated in a biodynamic way, with the utmost respect for the environment, without adding any type of chemical product.
Viticulture and Vinification:
It comes from sandy-calcareous soils, from the "Los Solanas" State
After manual harvesting, the grapes are totally de-stemmed, they undergo a 191-day maceration in a concrete tank where they ferment with native yeasts. The malolactic fermentation is spontaneous, and after pressing it passes another 12 months in used oak barrels. Stabilization is natural and does not filter. No addition of sulfites during all the vinification.
Tasting notes:
It is a broad and lively wine, with a balsamic attack and a roasted finish that shows us the landscape and climate of the area. The long maceration gives it freshness and an austere terroir character.
