

Chenin Blanc natural white wine fermented in amphorae and subsequently aged in used frenchh oak barrels, made with minimal intervention and without added sulphites.
Viticulture and Vinification:
It comes from a vineyard of approximately 63 years, limestone soil and a Mediterranean climate.
Manual harvest. No pesticides, herbicides or inorganic fertilizers used. The must is partially fermented and refined in in contact with skins for 1 weeks in clay amphorae. Aged in French Foudre of several uses for over 6 additional months
Tasting notes:
Medium straw color. Sophisticated nose of tart white orchard fruits, lemon, hay, delicate white flowers and fine lees. Very dry on the palate with astonishing minerality and intense long finish

Between 8ºC-10ºC
