Casa Malanca 2012
Casa Malanca 2012, Red ageing from grenache, Mourvedre and Forcallat
It is a blend of the three varieties; Grenache, Mourvedre and Forcallat. The Forcallat grape is an endemic variety in the way of recovery whose vineyard is 90 years old. The other varieties come from vines of 15 years. It is left to ripen in used French oak wood for 14 months
Natural sheep. It is bottled according to the lunar calendar, without rinsing, filtering or cold stabilization
Sight: Garnet ruby color and shades of purple.
Nose: Powerful and very fruity aroma. The effect of Forcallat is appreciated for its acidity that contrasts with the other two varieties giving it a unique touch.
Palate: Long persistence and penetrating aromas invites us to repeat.
