Viticulture and Vinification:

Vinyard:

The 1954 Xarel·lo Ánfora comes from a vineyard located in Garraf (Penedès), 2 kilometers from the coast, with vines between 65 and 120 years old of calcareous soil and a Mediterranean climate.

 

Viticulture:

Ecological and biodynamic

 

Vinification:

It is made with a first cold fermentation and a subsequent maceration of the entire grape for two days. Once the pressing is fermented in an amphora where it ferments at a temperature of 10º with autochthonous yeasts. After spontaneous malolactic, it ages in old barrels for eight months.
