It comes from a Macabeo vineyard planted in 1905 located in the Conca de Barberà (Tarragona). Planted at an altitude between 550 - 800 meters on rocky calcareous soils.

Viticulture: Ecological and biodynamic, Manual harvest. No pesticides, herbicides or inorganic fertilizers used.

Winemaking begins with a selection table where the stem is removed manually. Before pressing, it is macerated for two days and subsequently fermented in amphorae and in stainless steel tanks with its own yeasts. When the two fermentations are over, it ages for 8 months in old barrels.

It is a white wine to which no oenological product has been added.

Tasting notes:

Medium straw amber color. Very exotic nose, with notes of dried tropical fruits, lavender, dried earth and a touch of smoke. It is sharp and focused on the palate, mineral driven and with a long finish of refreshing tart citrus

Serving temperature:

10ºC

Food pairing:

Seafood, salads, blue fish, vegetables
