Viticulture and Vinification:
From the beginning, Jordi wants to make organic wines with the aim of obtaining high quality products, respecting the environment. Jordi Llorens works with high altitude soils (around 600 m on average) and cultivating the vine without any chemistry.
In the cellar, the same logic: work, a lot of thought and hygiene; but, above all, without chemicals, not even sulfur; resulting in absolutely splendid wines of depth and straightness.
Blan d’Angera is made with Macabeo and Moscatel. Planted on carbonated shale soils and calcareous sandstones, where the presence of coarse elements stands out. It came without D.O. organic and biodynamic agriculture. Manual harvest, with maceration for 4 days with their skins and fermentation in large amphoras buried with indigenous yeasts .
