The only Rosé Made from Zweigelt, a famous Austrian grape, in Spain
Elaboration:
Grown at elevation about 1000 metres above sea level by maestro Martin Kieninger, an Austrian winemaker who settled in the Mountains of Ronda two decades ago to make exceptional wines. Direct pressing after the process of de-stemming . The alcoholic fermentation was carried out at 15°C, followed by the malolactic fermentation. At the end, it was filtered and clarified.
Tasting Notes:
Nose: Intense and fruity. Petals of roses with subtle touches of cherry and strawberries in the background.
Palate: Fresh and sweet with balanced acidity that supports the strong flavour of red fruits followed by floral notes. Long persistence.
