Natural red wine from our vineyards with certification of
organic viticulture and with application of biodynamic cultivation techniques.
Stonous and calcareous floors located at the eastern end of the province of Albacete, bordering the Valencian Community, at an altitude of 650 meters.
ELABORATION:
Fermented takes place in 1000 litre buckets.
Frequent shaking and 10 days of maceration.
No artificial yeast is added nor sulfites during the whole process.

TASTING NOTES
Nose: Aroma dominated by red fruits, with certain notes of licorice and aromatic plants.
Palate: Great body and structure in the mouth, without losing elegance and freshness.
Wine with a clean appearance and an intense cherry color. Long persistence, invites us to repeat.
