

Red with aging in concrete tanks from the 25-year-old alicante bouschet
Viticulture and Vinification:
Soil: Calcareous and clay
Viticulture: Rational, without the use of synthetic chemicals.
Vineyard: Vineyards 25 years old at an altitude of 800 meters above sea level.
Conduction System: globlet
Harvest: Made manually in boxes of 16 Kg.
Vinification: 60% whole grape and 40% with whole bunches. Alcoholic fermentation in open concrete tanks. The maceration lasted 14 days where soft punching was performed. The wine underwent malolactic fermentation spontaneously in a concrete tank with a capacity of 5200 liters.
Refining: After malolactic fermentation, the wine will remain in a concrete tank with its own lees for 7 months without carrying out any racking.
