Viticulture and Vinification:
Coming from the vineyard A Raña of vines of about 80 years on average, sandy soil with granite stone and slope of 61.75%, the fertilisation with crushed gorse (native woody of the area). Cultivation with manual hoe and vegetion cover. Antifungal treatments with plant extracts, silica, copper and sulfur.
Spontaneous fermentation without sulphurous in open French oak barrels, with 100% of stalk, free temperature and daily punching.
Malolactic in barrel with SO2 correction.
Without clarification or stabilization. Filtered by roughing.
