Viticulture and Vinification:
Own vineyards in socalcos with an approximate slope of 68%.
It comes from a minimalist viticulture, with a vinification with controlled maceration and without cold for 14 days, it is not subjected to any type of filtering, then rest in the tank for a few months.
View: Intense cherry red cloak with violet glints and slow tear drop.
On the nose: Expressive, elegant and frankly, showing notes of ripe fruit, raspberry, and currant, integrated with subtle mineral nuances.
On the palate: Balanced, broad, long-lasting, where its assembled tannins and complex minerality grow, leaving a crisp aftertaste and great persistence.
