Viticulture and Vinification:
Plots belonging to the sub-areas of Chantada and Ribeiras de Miño.
Viticulture 50% organic and 50% in conversion.
Vinified in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature, maceration for 10 days with subsequent malolactic, natural stabilization, self-clarification and filtering by cellulose plates.
View: Intense and vivid cherry red color with violet glints and a dense drop of tear.
Nose: Elegant, expressive, clear aromatic frankness of ripe berry fruit on a balsamic background and mineral memory.
Palate: A broad attack on the palate and a warm journey expressing the silkiness of its tannins before a subtle aftertaste that leaves aromatic memories
