Vitculture and Vinification:
Vineyard in the areas of Rioja (Alta, Media y Baja) with an age of more than 40 years. Own vineyard. Sandstone soil.
Green harvest (selection of bunches in search of those with the best organoleptic conditions and the best health status of the bunches), manual. Transfer to warehouse in trailer of 3,500 Kg.
Macerated 24 hours with the skin, fermented in stainless steel tank at low temperature for 25 days, macerated with the fine lees, two racking and clarification with egg white. It was not refrigerated so that they did not lose their properties.
Nose: aromas of fresh hay, laurel and a white fruit in the background in the form of memories of apple and pear.
Palate: it is fluid, but there is a certain structure that maintains the sensations. The fruity brushstroke at the end makes it friendly.
