Soils:
50% clay loam texture of slate and shales and 50% clay loam texture due to formation of alluvial terrace
Elaboration:
Tank fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, malolactic in barrels, maintenance on fine lees of fermentations. and slow maturation and fine tuning in French oak barrels with light to medium toast
Tasting notes:
Sight: It is presented with a lively cherry red and intense violet reflections
Nose: it exhibits seductive aromas of jams, seasoned with sweet spices and elegant balsamic notes.
Palate: it offers intense sensations, it is tasty, fresh and round with a pleasant structure of polished tannin.
