Loamy-sandy texture, granitic rock base with superficial silts and shale sedimentation
Elaboration:
Cold pre-maceration, fermentation with partial carbonic maceration in steel tanks at controlled temperature, malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels of light toasting and maturing for 7 months on its fine lees

Sight: It is presented with a lively cherry red and intense violet reflections
Nose: It exhibits seductive aromas of jams, seasoned with sweet spices and elegant balsamic notes.
Palate: it offers intense sensations, it is tasty, fresh and round with a pleasant structure of polished tannin.
