Viticulture and Vinification:
On pizzara and sand soils at about 700 m altitude.
Harvest in boxes of 15 Kg with selection of grapes in the field and cellar.
Fermentation in open 500 L French oak barrels with wild yeasts, without enzymes.
Tastong notes:
Sight: Cherry red of medium layer, very much representing the variety of elaboration,
Nose: Good intensity of red fruit on an autumnal background such as humid forest, dry leaf and mushrooms.
Palate: Round on the palate, thick, light, clean, with good acidity and a balsamic touch.
Serving temperature:
14ºC-16ºC
