Ecological cultivation of strict dry land and pruning in goblet pruning system. We harvest of manual form in the first hour of the morning, transporting the grapes straight to our micro-winery, in 15 kg boxes, for its immediate processing
Elaboration:
Without maceration with skins. Start of fermentation in 300-liter tanks, at 20º for 30 days. Minimum intervention in the cellar. No chemicals or commercial yeasts. Does not contain added sulfites. Without filtering or clarifying.
