

100% Monastrell red wine. With six days of maceration and without aging in barrels. Made in a natural way, spontaneous fermentation with its native yeasts and minimal intervention in the cellar. Very ripe fruit, with balsamic and spicy touches. Elegant and very complex.
Production:
Ecological cultivation of strict dry land and pruning in goblet pruning system. We harvest of manual form in the first hour of the morning, transporting the grapes straight to our micro-winery, in 15 kg boxes, for its immediate processing
Elaboration:
Six days of maceration with its skins. Start of fermentation in 300-liter tanks, at 20º for 30 days. Minimum intervention in the cellar. No chemicals or commercial yeasts. Does not contain added sulfites. Without filtering or clarifying.
