No artificial yeast is added nor sulfites during the whole process.
Natural wine bottled according to the lunar calendar, no filtering, rinsing or cold stabilization.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Aroma dominated by red fruits, with certain notes of licorice and aromatic plants.
Palate: Large body and structure in the mouth, without losing elegance and freshness.
Clean-looking wine with intense cherry color. Of long persistence, it invites us to repeat.
