This wine is made with two ingredients, grape and respect, respect for the work inherited from our ancestors, for the native Bobal variety, for the land, traditionally grown, for the vineyard, with 95-year-old vines and production of 1 kilo per vine. , to the elaboration, without intervention, grape, only grape. All this respect for the inherited tradition gives us a unique result, identity and Terroir at its best.
Viticulture and Vinification:
It came from a 95-year-old Bobal vines located in clay-sandy soils in the interior mountains of Valencia (Venta del moro) at about 750m. above sea level. Very unproductive vines 1kg / vine.
Manual selection of the grapes and fermentation in barrels at a temperature of 18-24 degrees with indigenous yeasts. Aged for 24 months in French oak barrels with fine lees and continuous battonages.
Chemical additives: None, natural preparation, is made with the native bacterial flora of the area and the natural yeasts typical of the grape.
Artificial treatments: None, maximum care of the wine without subjecting it to aggressive processes. Without applying forced filtration, clarified by natural decantation.
Sight: dark ruby color, dense high robe
Nose: Intense and suggestive aromas of blackberries and plums with hints of red fruits very well harmonized with spicy notes. Fascinating explosion of fruit in the glass.
Palate: Friendly and smooth with a great concentration of fruit, succulent. Very delicate mineral aftertaste with fine spicy sensations. Ripe tannins and very well integrated with a seductive acidity very well balanced. Flattering and with a long finish. Fascinating balance and elegance.
