75% granitic and 25% clay
Elaboration:
Cold pellicular maceration (Dona Branca and Loureira) and slow alcoholic fermentation at low temperature (without malolactic). Long maturation and fine tuning in the cellar on fine lees, in tanks and French and Hungarian oak barrels with light toasting
Tasting notes:
Sght: Bright shades of pale yellow and green highlights,
Nose: it unfolds with floral and citrus aromas, with a background of aromatic herbs and stone fruits, seasoned with sweet and toasted spices.
Palate: it is fresh and vibrant as well as tasty and delicate, with hints of spices and pastry.
