Elaboration:
Cold pellicular maceration and subsequent low temperature fermentation (without malolactic), maintenance on its fine lees, slow refining and maturation in the cellar, in the tank and in lightly toasted French oak barrels
Tasting notes:
Sight: bright lemon yellow hues and green highlights
Nose: it displays aromas of ripe fruit and pastry, adorned with aromatic herbs and honey.
Palate: it is unctuous, salty and mineral, with an intense structure.
