Viticulture and vinification
Organic and biodynamic viticulture.
Méthode traditionnelle. Elaborated with grapes from old Xarel.lo vines over 70 years old, located at Santa Susagna estate, at the natural reserve of Garraf. Elaboration of the base wine in our own cellar. Partial fermentation of the Xarel.lo in oak barrels of 500lts. Aged in the darkness of the cellar for at least 32 months. Disgorged on demand so that it reaches our customers in the best conditions.
Tasting notes
Sight: Pale yellow colour, clean and elegant appearance.
Nose: Dried fruit and a very subtle touch of toasted aroma.
Palate: Very delicate and very fine in the mouth. Clean palate and good acidity.
Serving temperature
4º to 6ºC
Food pairing
Perfect with satisfying dishes, game meat and stewed meat. It usually pair well with any Mediterranean dish.
