Organic and biodynamic viticulture.
Méthode traditionnelle. Second fermentation in bottle. Minimum ageing of 28 months. Elaboration of the base wine in the cellar using own grapes, to give the desired personality to each of our sparkling wines. After the disgorging we do not add neither dosage nor Sulphur. Disgorged on demand to ensure that it arrives to the consumer in its best conditions.
Tasting notes
Sight: Fine bubbles.
Nose: Clean and fruity aromas.
Palate: Very balanced, light but tasty. Good acidity.
