KIRIOS DE ADRADA is the first ecological wine from the Ribera del Duero certificated
Our production system ensures that our wines are of fine quality, wonderfully complex in aromas and flavours, and that they are free of any chemical residues.
Alcoholic Fermentation: 15 days in stainless steel deposit at a temperature of 25º C.
Malolactic Fermentation: 15 days in stainless steel deposit at a temperature of 17ºC.
Clarification: No clarification.
Corrections: We do not add any products to correct the wine.
Holding: Sulphurous anhydride in minimal proportions.
Aging: 20 months in French oak barrels of 225 liters third year
Sight: Garnet opaque, violet and purple wine. Satin, velvety surface. Frankish, noble appearance of bright, limpid appearance. Lovely Tinted and abundant glyceric tears slide down the glass when shaken.
Nose: Wine with good aromatic intensity, typical of this variety Tempranillo grape. Powerful aromas of blueberries and blackcurrants, Toasted, tobacco, nutmeg and cloves.
Palate: Wine powerful, fleshy, vigorous, dense, consistent, balanced, It fills our mouths with its presence. Tannin soft, sweet, just toasted. Its well assembled wood and glycerin give us the final point with a bitter touch. A wine of long life.
